School librarians can act as a teacher for students who moulds the children in his needs, as a leader as well as an instructional partner in school giving access to aevery needs, as information specialists who gathers information systematically and disseminates right i formation to the right users.
Stress=Pressure > Resource
A librarian must be balanced on his own from the pressure of higher authorities so that the children will be offered the services in the best quality.
